PRICES and POLICIES

December 15 – September 15

$160 - $200 per night (3 Night Minimum)

$1,200 - $1,400 per week

$3,000 - $4,000 per month

September 15 to December 15

$135 - $160 per night (3 Night Minimum)

$900 - $1,100 per week

$2,200 - $3,000 per month

20% Increase on Holidays

Check in time is 2:00 pm, and Check Out time 11:00 am unless other arrangements are made in advance.
 

Prices are for occupancy of    2 - 6 people.

There is a cleaning fee of $80 upon departure.

Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include state and local taxes. (11 1/2%)

Reservations required.

$500-$750 refundable deposit required on all  rentals. 

Visa and Master Card  accepted.

Pets are not permitted, and are grounds for eviction and forfeiture of payment.
